☾✩This blog post has been long overdue (kind of like all of my blog posts recently). Sometimes living life as an entrepreneur, things move in slow motion because there are always so many tasks to do at every second! My blog always gets ignored when it comes to my daily routine, but I’ve been making a conscious effort to change that.

Ever since I began Wild & Free, I’ve been using self-timer to take photos and model my own designs. I used to go out in my parent’s backyard when I was 19 and play around with feather headbands and hair extensions, running back and forth between shots to check out the result. Back then, it was easy to rely on myself for photos, because the workload was way less and I didn’t have a blog. Now, blog posts have taken on a life of their own and have become a huge part of what Wild & Free Jewelry is all about.

With all of this extra work, it was extremely necessary that I find someone to work alongside me as a photographer. When  I met Paulina, we instantly clicked. During our first shoot we could not stop laughing and cracking jokes. I’ve probably never laughed so hard in my entire life, my cheeks still hurt just thinking about it.

The images in this post are from our second shoot where we ventured to Lizard’s Mouth. Of course, same old story, we were laughing so hard, and running around the rocks like we were 5 years old again, totally in our element and having way too much fun doing something we both consider “work”.

After these experiences, I knew Paulina was the girl for the job, and I asked her to be my official photographer for the Wild & Free Blog. We’ve already cranked out 6 more posts that I can’t wait to share with everyone!

All we want to do is run wild and take photos in serene locations, inspiring people to travel and explore the genuine beauty of nature (and maybe wear some cool clothes along the way).

One thing is for sure… I’m going to have abs of steel from all of our laughing.
