Windswept and a little dazed from dehydration (because I’m a dummy and left my water on the counter at home), I wandered up the mountainside in search of summer wildflowers and a place to twirl around in this beautiful dress from Raga.
Nearly all month Santa Barbara has fallen victim to June gloom, but if you make the trek up into the mountains, you can view a blanket of fog covering the city, and watch from above in your own sunny paradise. Unfortunately, you end up trading misty fog for whirling winds. I needed a serious computer detox on the day I took these photos and didn’t mind the strong breeze rustling through the trees in exchange for ditching gray skies down below.
I’m fully in love with the new Butterfly Hair Clips I added to the website a few days ago, and couldn’t help but use them again after my photos at Lightning in a Bottle. They add the perfect touch of whimsical fairy love to your hair. I want to clip them in every single day. Can we please start a trend to make this socially acceptable? I think I’m just going to start doing it and hope it catches on. They make me SO HAPPY!
